  • Pets Allowed
  • Maximum of 9 guests
  • Check in at 3pm
  • Checkout at 11am. 
  • Quiet Hours = 11pm -7am
  • Commercial photography and filming allowed with prior consent
  • No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed at all on the property. Including inside or outside in the garden area.
  • Adherence to fire restrictions as the house is located amongst national park and bush fire prone areas.
  • Maximum of 2 adults in the hydrotherapy spa and 2 adults in the sauna.
  • Maximum of 100kg in total on the bunk bed (considering top and bottom bunk, combined weight)
